How can we provide an accurate estimation with just photos?

With more than ten years of professional experience, we know about architectural designs and sizes used on most homes and buildings around the country. Taking into consideration the condition of the surface and the approximate size of the area, we can come to a very accurate conclusion on the cost of labor and material. (99% of the times we do an estimate, the scope of work stays the same after we show up, and so the price)!
